Information storage
Your information will always be stored securely under firewalls and passwords. Your information will never be sold, distributed or published under any circumstances. Your medical history may be shared with other practitioners within the clinic, with your primary health care practitioner or emergency services should the need arise. If you have any objection to this, please let your practitioner know. We may from time to time send out out an email newsletter. Please advise if you do not wish to receive this.

Cancellations
We require three (3) hours notice of cancellation of an appointment in order to offer your appointment time to other patients. Late cancellations and no-shows will attract, respectively, 50% and 100% of the cost of the consultation.
